We have found that there is a great need for supporting and guiding young adults entering the workforce for their first time. Sri Lanka has one of the highest suicide rates in the world, and we have realized that it often comes from being stuck on one path and not being able to access other possible routes to success.

Mentoring includes access to study materials for exams, help editing papers, career discussions, and reviewing resumes.
